My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!! Every time I contact afrihost with a problem or queries I am always surprised at the leaps and bounds between them and the majority of the customer service in SA. Never had a problem that couldn't be solved in a timely manner. Thank you!
